Another piece for the AFF art show! Did this one in acrylics with some coloured pencil touchups. I'm really starting to like what I can do with acrylics, I fear I'm getting rusty at watercolours. ^^ This piece also serves a double purpose as an art show piece, and as a (late) school assignment. The only stipulation what that it had to be a relatively realistically rendered piece in acrylic, subject matter and everything else was up to me.

Why thak you! I use a teeny tiny impossibly small brush, it helps out a lot for fur texture.

Ya i have to agree. This is an awesome picture. you put so much detail into it and it looks so really. How did you do it? I'm just getting into this kind of thing and i need all the advice i can get.

I just used a very tiny, thin brush to get that detail. =) If you get a tiny brush, look for one with long bristles. The shorter ones don't hold as much paint, and it's harder to get even brus strokes out of them.
